FCC Endorses BPL Despite ARRL Criticism – The FCC supports BPL as a
technology that can compete with cable, DSL, fiber and wireless systems with emphasis on its advantages to the consumer.  But the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) is criticizing the FCC for omitting other technologies and using dated BPL deployment maps. Links to articles on the FCC’s continuing
